Real estate

Beautiful  houses on rocky hills bordering a golf course, with expansive ocean and island vistas in all directions, make up the Fairwinds neighborhood. The Winchelsea Islands are seen close offshore, in stark contrast to the enormous expanse behind them: a large sea with mountain slopes.

Nanoose is a peaceful neighborhood. And the houses are designed to interact with the natural curves of the rocks underneath them to enhance seclusion and vistas. Nanoose has among the lowest rainfall rates in British Columbia, resulting in drought-tolerant plant species such as cacti and succulents, some of which are endemic to the region.

Fairwinds' developer is still working to enhance the region, as shown by the current building at Schooner Cove, where the Fairwinds Landing and Westerly condo projects breathe new life into the harbor. Also proposed for the upper edge of the Fairwinds region is the Timber Ridge project, which will have a few dozen townhouses with ocean views.

Consider moving to Nanoose Bay, and you won't regret it. Call or email me for more information.
