I have known Dan for a number of years so when we decided to sell our house and buy a new one last year, Dan was the realtor we turned to. Dan's professionalism and expertise was evident from the start. His team produced an outstanding listing which resulted in numerous showings in the first few days and an accepted offer from one of the first showings.

We used Dan to help us buy our new place as well. Most of the paperwork was done electronically as were on holiday in Mexico at this time. Everything went flawlessly. We would definitely use Dan again and we highly recommend him to others who are looking for a realtor.

I contacted Dan about a year ago to help me start looking for a home in the greater Nanaimo area even though I presently reside in Vancouver.
