If you've got a little one there might be no better way to connect with your child than a mom and baby yoga session. Combine a warm, welcoming and safe environment for the baby with stretching, toning and relaxation for you and you've got a winning combination that's hard to beat.
The courses are great for newborns to crawlers, and best of all no yoga experience is necessary. Learn more from OmTown Yoga on 43 Commercial Street at http://www.omtown.ca/
