Summer is a very good time to sell Nanaimo homes.  The weather is great, school is out, and everything looks nice.

If you’ve got kids and school is out, be extra conscientious when scheduling showings of your house.  Your kids might be adorable – or maybe sometimes not so adorable – to a prospective buyer, so it’s best to make sure that everybody is on their best behavior.
